If you're a little bored of the usual Crimbo fruit cake, try The Bread Table's range of buttery German stollen. Made the traditional way by executive baker Joseph Lee, who was trained in the French Culinary Institute in New York, the stollen comes in two flavours - golden caramel walnuts and silver almonds. We like how they're rich with warm festive spices without the cloying sweetness of a normal fruitcake.
